TIP 1: IDENTIFY THE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND TRASH THEM
It’s quite normal to have negative thoughts and doubts but don’t let these thoughts take over your life. Identify these thoughts such as “I don’t think i can do it” “I’m sure I’ll fail”. Anytime you realize you’re having such thoughts, stop. Just stop. Take some time and turn these negative thoughts to positive ones like “I can do it” “I will not fail” focus on the positive thoughts and keep repeating it to yourself till you completely believe it
TIP 2: KNOW YOUR STRENGTHS AND PLAY TO THEM
Every individual has their strengths and weaknesses. Identify your strengths and work within your area of expertise. Seeking to work in areas where you can make most of your strength and knowledge helps in boosting your confidence. This is because your confidence gets a boost anytime you are able to complete a task. Don’t completely forgo your weaknesses, work to be better as well. TIP 3: DON’T COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS
Comparing yourself to other people only makes you feel worthless. Strive to be a better version of yourself. Don’t try to be like anyone else. There might be people who are wealthier and prettier than you are and there might also be those you’re prettier and wealthier than. Both categories of people have nothing to do with your life.
